Now, she must travel to a new land to confront her darkest truth . . . a truth about her heritage that could change her life—and her future—forever. Meanwhile, brutal and monstrous forces are gathering on the horizon, intent on enslaving her world. The bestselling series that has captured readers all over the world reaches new heights in this sequel to the New York Times best-selling Crown of Midnight. Packed with heart-pounding action, fierce new characters, and swoon-worthy romance, this third book will enthrall readers from start to finish.

***WARNING THIS REVIEW CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR THE FIRST AND SECOND BOOKS. IF YOU HAVE NOT READ THRONE OF GLASS AND CROWN OF MIDNIGHT YET, LEAVE NOW AND COME BACK WHEN YOU HAVE.***

Review: This book is quite possibly even better than the first two books. Seriously though, I loved this book so much that I think I'm going to have to reread it soon. Okay...maybe not soon (because as we all know, I have WAY too many books on my TBR pile), but eventually I will.

As you all may or may not know, there is a man who goes by the name of Rowan in this book and he is one of my new favourite characters of all time. He is so likeable that even if you think you're not going to like him, you will by the end of the book.

And Celaena was just as awesome as she was in the first two books. If you were interested in learning more about her history (especially after the ending of Crown of Midnight), then you're in luck. We learn more about her childhood and her history, providing her with a new level of relatability

I would also like to point out that Maas's writing just gets better and better with each book.

Overall, there is a reason this book has been getting such rave reviews. You won't be disappointed if you choose to pick this one up!

There is so much more I want to tell you, hence why I'll be posting a review/discussion with spoilers soon so do be on the lookout for that!

See you all soon!
